Compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988 required for any organization that receives a federal contract of $100,000 or more or receives a federal grant of any size.​

Programs designed for companies located in states without drug testing regulations, located in multiple states, or that are self-insured. The programs are fully customizable while adhering to Federal rules and industry best practices and testing methodology.

Our state-specific drug-free workplace programs are designed to meet or exceed the requirements of each state in order to qualify your business for a Workers' Compensation discount. Discounts range between 5% and 20%, depending on the state.

Compliance with the FMCSA's Drug and Alcohol statutes, 49 CFR Part 382, is mandatory for all employers who operate one or more Commercial Motor Vehicles (CMVs) in any state with a gross vehicle weight rating/gross vehicle weight, or gross combination weight rating/gross combination weight of 26,001 or more lbs, or designed to carry 16 or more passengers (including the driver), or of any size that is used to transport hazardous materials that require placarding.
